Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new Sobre Meza product. If you’re unhappy with your order, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product (as indicated by the courier notification). Refunds will be made to your original form of payment. Shipping and handling costs (if any) will not be refunded.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please take extra care when packing fragile products to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

Need to make a return?
Just email us at sobremeza.mia@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to get started.
Items must be returned in original condition—unused and unwashed, with all original packaging and placed inside a shipping box. We reserve the right to deny a refund or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards.

Return Label Fee
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label via email. A flat fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return label.
Customers outside North America are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
We’re unable to process exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different style or color, simply return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged Merchandise
We do everything we can to ensure your Sobre Meza product arrives safely. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll happily replace your order—just email us a photo of the damage within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.

Returning a Gift
If you received a Sobre Meza product as a gift and want to return it discreetly, email us at sobremeza.mia@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll gladly issue store credit equal to the cost of the item.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (minus the $15 return label fee if applicable). Please note it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
