Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new Sobre Meza product. If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving the product, as the courier notification indicates. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Shipping and handling costs (if any) will not be refunded.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please take extra care when packing fragile products to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. 

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

How to make a return

If you wish to make a return, use our Return Management System.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to process an exchange, use our Return Management System or call us at 786 397-1055.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive the item back, we will charge for any price difference (if necessary) and ship the requested exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

 

Damaged Merchandise

We do everything we can to ensure that your Sobre Meza product arrives safely on your doorstep. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If it arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we’ll happily replace your order. Please email us a photo depicting the nature of the damage within 30 days of receiving your merchandise, if possible.

 

Returning a Gift

If you receive a Sobre Meza product as a gift and wish to return it without letting the person who gave it know, email us at sobremeza.mia@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll happily issue store credit equal to the cost of the merchandise you’d like to return.

 

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping and handling costs (if any) will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
